You will need to mail your own bumper for repair and chrome service. We will contact you directly to provide our shipping address or feel free to contact us.

Repair & Chrome Services

Turnaround times have increased due to high demand. Please do not count processing days from the day you “mail it out,” as that is not how it works.

We are located in Houston, TX, and only travel to our Mexico shop every 3/4 weeks (not weekly). For example, if your package arrives on a Monday after I have just returned from a trip, it may sit safely until the next scheduled trip. This is part of the process.

Repairs and chrome services take time and cannot be rushed, but we provide these services at very affordable rates. If you cannot wait patiently, we may not be the right fit for you.

Turnaround time is approximately 50-90 business days, not including weekends, holidays, or store closure dates. All timeframes are subject to change without notice due to unexpected delays.
