In-Stock Items
In-stock items are processed within 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders, Custom-Made Items, Repairs & Chrome Services
All pre-orders, custom-made items, repairs, and chrome services require extended processing and are completed within approximately 21-28 business days for pre-orders/ custom-made items or 30–60 business days for repairs and chrome services. Processing times may vary depending on the type of item or service, production demands, material availability, and workload. Times are subject to change without notice if unexpected delays occur. These orders exceed standard processing times and are not eligible for expedited processing.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes selected at checkout represent carrier transit time only and begin after order processing is complete. Shipping time does not include processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information and to monitor tracking updates. Any issues related to delayed, missing, or lost packages must be reported promptly for review.
