Welcome to 1st Gen Resistance.

When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean 1st Gen Resistance. Our store is powered by Shopify so we can securely provide products and services to you.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [https://1stgenresistance.com/policies/privacy-policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

We are a small business. We work hard for our community, and we ask that all customers read and understand our policies before purchasing.


 

 

1. Before You Purchase

 

Please read all item descriptions carefully.

Some products are:

  • Pre-order
  • Custom-made
  • Made-to-order
  • Repair or chrome services

These items require extended processing time and do not ship next day.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the stated processing times.

 

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement only.

After 24 hours — or once processing or production has begun — cancellations are not allowed.

If cancellation is requested after production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

If a return is approved, it will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

The following are strictly final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Pre-orders
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Repairs
  • Chrome services
  • Installed or modified items
  • Incomplete or partial returns

 

4. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • In-stock items: 7–14 business days
  • Pre-orders & custom items: 21–28 business days
  • Repairs & chrome services: 30–60 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For repair and chrome services, we travel to our Mexico shop every 3–4 weeks. Items may wait safely until the next scheduled trip — this is part of our process.

These services cannot be rushed.

If you need something immediately, we may not be the right fit for you.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time selected at checkout reflects carrier transit time only and begins after processing is complete.

Once your order is handed to the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered
  • Carrier confirmation serves as proof of delivery

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

 

6. Order Inspection Requirement

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery.

If something is missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately:

Email and social media are not monitored constantly. Calling is the fastest way to resolve an issue.

Replacements require the original item to be returned first. Items must be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

7. Store Credit Policy

Store credit:

  • Is issued for approved returns or order adjustments
  • Never expires
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred to another person
  • Must be used while logged into your account

If your total exceeds your credit, you pay the difference. If it’s less, the balance stays on your account.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

We will always work to resolve legitimate concerns.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — especially for orders that were processed and delivered according to our policies — will be formally disputed with documentation.

 

9. Website & Product Disclaimer

We do our best to accurately display products, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen.

All products and services are provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for installation errors or damage caused during or after installation.


10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with 1st Gen Resistance.

Shopify is not responsible for any product issues, shipping issues, or disputes related to your purchase from us.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by high order volume or supply issues

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

 

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept any updates.
